Web design and development
Each ZenAngie website is uniquely designed to best suit your business and target audience. I hand code in XHTML and CSS adhering to web standards and accessibility guidelines set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). You can choose between a brochure website or a WordPress powered website.
WordPress Blog Design
If you want your blog to incorporate your website design, or stand out from the rest with a look that’s as unique as your business, I can create an original design for your blog. I can also teach you how to use the WordPress blogging platform.
Website Maintenance
I can update your site whenever you need, quickly and efficiently. I can maintain your site on a monthly retainer or as and when on an hourly rate.
Content Management System
If you want to be able to update the content of your website frequently and easily, a content management system (CMS) could be what you need. I can add a CMS to an existing site or develop your website on a WordPress powered CMS.
Social Media Optimisation and Training
Learn how to make the most of blogging, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube and other social media tools to promote yourself and your business via my tailor-made training sessions. In no time at all you’ll be writing your own blog posts, Tweeting and promoting your business online.
Search Engine Optimisation and Analysis
All my websites are search engine friendly, use the latest Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques recommended by Google and are submitted to all three major search engines. I can also monitor and analyse visitor statistics on your website, providing you with a monthly report.
Email Newsletter Design
Keep your clients informed with news updates and special offers with an email newsletter. I can design an email newsletter template to match that of your website, set up email lists and integrate an email sign up form into your website. I can also train you how to use MailChimp.
Web Content Writing
You may have a beautifully designed website, but it’s the content that’s going to keep people coming back for more. Writing web content is different to writing for print. If you’re not sure you can do your business justice in words, let me write your web content for you.
Cost
A well designed, custom-built website should last for years and make you stand out from the crowd. Like a tailor-made suit, it is made to fit you and will create a good and lasting impression, helping to build trust and add value to your brand.
Because I offer bespoke websites tailored to suit your business, your investment will depend on what features you want included on your website and the scale of the project.
Generally, you are looking at a starting price of £500 for a simple 5 page brochure website, but prices will vary according to the features and functionality you require. All prices exclude hosting and domain registration. For all other services my hourly rates are £50.
Each website is different, so I need to know more about you based on the information you provide in the Client Information Sheet before I can provide a quote.

I ask all my clients to fill in the Client Information Sheet at the start of a project. It’s a simple, effective way to get you thinking about the website you want and allows me to collect important information about the web project and get to know you.
Fill it in and email it to me at angie [at] zenangie.co.uk as an attachment. I'll review it and contact you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We can then have a chat about some of the details involved before I write you a proposal and quote for the project. If you hate filling in forms, take a look at it anyway, and contact me via email or the phone number provided on the form. We can go through it together when we meet or chat by phone.
